Contouring the spirit of cross-institutional collaboration and capacity building, NACO launched a new initiative, The Brown Bag Seminar Series with a talk on Substance use and treatment adherence by Dr. Niranjan Saggurti, Country Director, Population Council. The aim of the seminar series is to inform and build capacities & knowledge of programme managers at NACO, community, development partners and key stakeholders. The seminar series will serve as a gateway for knowledge sharing, open dialogue, cross learning on new developments and programme management. The first talk highlighted the initial results of the NIH funded ongoing intervention research on Alcohol use and treatment adherence, implemented in partnership with NACO, MSACS & MDACS.
