The 4th National Hijra Habba took place on Friday, September 2nd in New Delhi

It was organised by India HIV/AIDS Alliance’s Wajood programme and funded by an Amplify Change grant, the Hijra Habba is a forum for outreach and dialogue between government stakeholders and community leaders. The theme of this year’s event was “Equity, Empowerment and Access for India’s Transgender and Hijra Communities.”
