Following to the completion of the Mid Term Appraisal (MTA) for National AIDS Control Programme (NACP) IV, a High Level Committee (HLC) has been formed to consolidate AIDS response based on MTA of NACP IV and repositioning of NACO to meet the new challenges. Mr. J V R Prasada Rao, Former Secretary, MoHFW &UN Secretary General’ Special Envoy for AIDS in Asia and the Pacific is the chairperson of the HLC. The second meeting of the HLC was held on 17 October 2016 at NACO.
