Delhi State AIDS Control Society and National Coalition of people living with HIV in India (NCPI+) organized State Consultation on "Orphan and Vulnerable Children affected with HIV" on 19th December 2016 at Vishwa Yuvak Kendra, N. Delhi. Various issues like education, including the CABA in RTE Act as disadvantage & EWS community, livelihood, protection & shelter homes and nutrition needs were highlighted in the consultation with the help of NACO, DSACS, WCD and CWC.
